Menurut Vice President Corporate CommunicationTransmart Carrefour, Satria Hamid Ahmadi konsep4 in 1 yang diterapkan Transmart merupakan implementasi terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan.
Berbeda dengan ekspansi minimarket yang mendekat ke pemukiman padat penduduk, Transmart justru menyasar tempat strategis yang memiliki akses yang mudah dijangkau.
“Kami membaca apa keinginan konsumen kami konsepkan dan kami pelajari lalu wujudkan. Melalui konsep ini kami menyasar keluarga. Ini menjadi daya tarik tersendiri,” ungkap Satria, disela-sela relauncing Transmart Cempaka Putih, Jakarta Pusat, baru-baru ini.
Satria menjelaskan di masing-masing store transmart memiliki konsep yang berbeda. Semuanya mengikuti keinginan masyarakat di daerah tersebut.
“Jadi khusus di Transmart Cempaka Putih tidak berhenti di 4 in 1 saja, kalau ada konsep yang lebih baru lagi, kami akan coba terapkan selama memang sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat,” paparnya.
Sejak diresmikan pada tahun 2016 Transmart Carrefour Cempak Putih terus melakukan perubahan dan peningkatan pelayanan.
Salah satunya di tahun 2017 lalu dengan bekerjasama dengan perusahaan ritel perabotan rumah tangga nomor 1 di Thailand dan Asean, yakni Index Living Mall.
Lantas, guna memenuhi kebutuhan hiburan masyarakat, Transmart Carrefour juga menghadirkan tempat menonton nyaman untuk keluarga yaitu bekerja sama dengan CGV Cinemas. Masih di area yang sama, terdapat arena bermain Kid City yang banyak menawarkan games dan wanaha permainan yang menarik dan mengasyikkan.
“Di lantai dasar, kami banyak menawarkan pilihan tempat bersantap yang nyaman dan menjadi favorit keluarga seperti Racha, Bebek Garing, Imperial Kitchen, Yosinoya, Cobek Penyet, Mc Donald, Burger King dan masih banyak lagi pilihan yang bisa anda temukan di Transmart Carrefour Cempaka Putih,” pungkas Satria didampingi Senior GM Shopping Mall PT Trans Ritel Indonesia, Ihya Nasution.
