Saat ini para peserta yang terpilih dari berbagai provinsi telah menjalani rangkaian tahapan karantina sejak 1-15 Februari 2019. Pada masa karantina mereka diberikan sejumlah pembekalan, diasah kemampuan serta bakat agar tidak hanya memiliki paras cantik, namun juga memenuhi kriteria Miss, yaitu Manner, Impressive, Smart and Social.
Sesi pembekalan antara lain terdiri dari bicara di depan public (public speaking ), pembentukan karakter (character building), cara berperilaku (manner) , kelas kecantikan (beauty class) dan modeling. Para peserta juga akan diseleksi dan dinilai melalui Fast Track dalam kategori Beauty With A Purpose, Natural and Beauty Fashion, Sport Competition, Talent Show , Catwalk dan Social Media.
