Menurut dr Supriyantoro, para tenaga ahli manajemen dan administrasi rumah sakit dari berbagai latar belakang perguruan tinggi harus bisa beradaptasi untuk meningkatkan tata kelola rumah sakit dan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia.

“Para anggota IAMARSI dapat melepas baju almamaternya. Dalam kepengurusan IAMRSI tidak ada lagi lulusan UI, UGM, Unair, Unhas atau perguruan tinggi lainnya, ” lanjutnya.

Sementara itu,  Ketua Umum IAMARSI, dr. Hariyadi Wibowo, SH, MARS., mengajak para anggota IAMARSI untuk bersatu padu berkontribusi membangun bidang kesehatan bangsa Indonesia.

Dikatakan dr.Hariyadi, saat ini rumah sakit benar-benar tengah mendapat sorotan masyarakat terkait pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan. Terutama saat terjadi pandemi Covid-19 dimana semua perhatian terpusat pada layanan yang digelar di rumah sakit.

“Kita perlu bersinergi, berkonsolidasi agar ke depan, IAMARSI menjadi organisasi profesi yang setara dengan IDI, PDGI, dan lainnya, dalam rangka mewadahi teman-teman para manajer RS. Saya yakin kita mampu berperan dalam menyehatkan bangsa,” papar dr. Hariyadi.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Wakil Sekjen II IAMARSI yang juga CEO RS Premier Bintaro, dr. Martha Siahaan, MARS, MHKes, mengatakan pihaknya beberapa kali menggelar webinar yang menghadirkan para pembicara lintas sektor, seperti dari bisnis penerbangan, asuransi, dan perhotelan. “Tujuannya agar kita bisa belajar bagaimana strategi mereka bisa bertahan dan tetap berkembang di tengah pandemi, agar kita yang bergerak di bidang perumahsakitan juga bisa thinking out of the box dalam mengembangkan RS,” kata dr Martha.
