RUPSLB memberhentikan dengan hormat Gatot Suprabowo sebagai Direktur Utama, Achmad Sonhadji sebagai Direktur Operasional, Muhammad Syakir sebagai Komisaris, dan Wildan sebagai Komisaris Independen.
Agenda RUPSLB dilakukan Gedung Jamkrindo, Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat pada hari Jumat, 21 Juli 2023. PT Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo) merupakan pemegang saham pengendali JamSyar. Agenda RUPSLB adalah persetujuan pemberhentian dan pengangkatan anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris serta pemberhentian Dewan Pengawas Syariah.
Dalam RUPSLB juga mengukuhkan pemberhentian dengan hormat alm. Prof. Dr. Hasanuddin AF, MA sebagai Ketua Dewan Pengawas Syariah.
Pemegang Saham juga mengangkat Hari Purnomo sebagai Direktur Utama, Loesdarwanto sebagai Direktur Operasional, Alie Basya Syamsudin sebagai Komisaris, dan Edy Utomo sebagai Komisaris Independen.
Pergantian Pengurus di perseroan ini dilakukan sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan.

JamSyar adalah perusahaan penjaminan berbasis syariah yang didirikan pada 2014. Di tahun 2023 atau tahun ke-9, di semester I, Total Aset JamSyar adalah sebesar 2,45 triliun Rupiah dan laba bersih sebesar 85,41 milyar Rupiah.
Dari sisi bisnis, pada periode tersebut JamSyar membukukan pendapatan Kafalah sebesar Rp 228,72 miliar dan volume penjaminan sebesar Rp 15,3 trilyun.
Apabila dibandingkan dengan market size Penjaminan Syariah berdasarkan data IKNB Syariah OJK ter-up date (per Maret 2023), Total Aset, Laba, Imbal Jasa Kafalah Jamsyar dibandingkan dengan data yang sama seluruh industri penjaminan syariah di Indonesia, bertutut-turut adalah sebesar 46,49.%, 44,84% dan 44,97%.
Sebagai informasi, pelaku pasar penjaminan syariah di Indonesia adalah sebanyak 9 entitas, yang terdiri dari 2 full pledge dan 7 Unit Usaha Syariah Perusahaan Penjaminan.
Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan JamSyar merupakan market leader di Perusahaan Penjaminan Syariah di Indonesia.
Kinerja tersebut diperoleh dari bisnis JamSyar yang terdiri dari berbagai produk, baik produk penjaminan untuk mendukung program pemerintah maupun penjaminan komersial.
