WanitaIndonesianews.com, JAKARTA—Makna berbagi menurut Meiline Tenardi, Sosialita dan pengusaha wanita yang juga berprofesi sebagai selegram, adalah tidak harus selalu identik dengan materi. Ketika seseorang mau berbagi dengan waktu, tenaga, pikiran, pengetahuan, pengalaman dan ketrampilan yang dimiliki untuk kepentingan banyak orang artinya orang tersebut sudah melakukan suatu kebaikan.
Berbagi merupakan salah satu prinsip hidup yang diturunkan orangtuanya sejak Meiline masih kanak-kanak. Orangtuanya selalu mengatakan berbagi itu tidak saja membawa kebahagiaan kepada orang yang dibantu, tetapi juga membahagiakan orang yang membantu.
Maka ditengah aktivitas kerjanya yang padat, Meiline membulatkan niat untuk mendirikan sebuah yayasan Komunitas Perempuan Peduli dan Berbagi (KPPB), pada bulan Maret 2023 lalu.
Melalui KPPB, Meiline Tenardi berkomitmen untuk mengembangkan perempuan menjadi individu yang percaya diri dan berwawasan luas.
“Saya ingin perempuan merasa kuat dan berani, serta siap berkontribusi positif dalam masyarakat,” ungkap Meiline Tenardi.
Menariknya, meski belum genap berusia 1 tahun, beragam kegiatan sosial telah dilakukan KPPB.
Menurut Meiline dengan keberadaan KPPB membuatnya semakin terarah dalam menjalankan aktivitas sosial. Ide-ide terkait program sosial yang selama ini lebih banyak mengendap di kepala, terus saja ia gelontorkan.
“Saya adalah orang yang suka bersosialisasi sambil melakukan hal positif. Alangkah baiknya jika kita mengisi waktu yang kita miliki dengan melakukan aktivitas yang positif, bermanfaat, dan berdampak bagi diri sendiri, keluarga, dan lingkungan sekitar. Itu menjadi keinginan saya,” ungkap Meiline.
Meiline merinci sejumlah kegiatan sosial yang telah digelar KPPB. Programnya tidak saja memberi bantuan kemanusiaan, tetapi juga mendukung pendidikan, pengembangan diri, dan pemahaman tentang isu-isu sosial serta budaya
“Di bulan Maret 2023 kita mengadakan kegiatan bertemakan ‘Keberagaman peran perempuan dimasa kini” dalam rangka memperingati “Hari Perempuan Internasional. Kemudian di bulan April digelar aksi sosial dalam rangka bulan Ramadhan, kegiatannya diisi dengan berbagi keperluan sekolah untuk anak-anak dan sembako untuk lansia di pulau kandang, Tanjung Priok, dengan tema “Untukmu Saudaraku”.
Masih di bulan April kita adakan Aksi Sosial sambil buka puasa bersama anak-anak yatim di Tangerang. Kegiatan April ditutup dengan acara peringatan Hari Kartini, mengangkat makna, sejarah dan filosofi kebaya nusantara dengan tema “Kartini Berkebaya” . Kegiatan ini juga sekaligus memberikan donasi untuk pendidikan anak-anak dari Yayasan Maria lukito,” jelas Meiline.
Lalu di bulan Mei , Meiline bersama anggota KPPB melakukan kegiatan membuat keramik di Studio G. Widayanto, Tapos Bogor .
Di bulan Agustus , KPPB menggelar “Jelajah Rempah Nusantara “ , tujuannya untuk mengangkat kekayaan alam dan budaya nusantara lewat pengenalan lebih dalam tentang rempah-rempah nusantara yang banyak terlupakan dan cara membuat jamu tradisional yang enak dan banyak khasiat utk kesehatan.
Di penghujung tahun 2023,tepatnya di bulan Oktober, KPPB menggelar Seminar Sex and Love di usia menopause dengan tema “membangkitkan yang redup dan menggelorakan yang padam”.
Terakhir, sebagai penutup tahun, KPPB menggelar Aksi sosial dengan mengadakan drama musikal “Kasih Menembus Batas” yang menampilkan 152 anak2 difabel dan non difabel.
Gelaran musik dan tari ini merupakan persembahan KPPB, berkolaborasi dengan Yayasan Belantara Budaya Indonesia (BBI) dan Komunitas Happy Healthy Holy (HaHeHo) dalam rangka memperingati Hari Disabilitas Internasional yang jatuh pada 3 Desember 2023, dan Hari Ibu pada 22 Desember 2023.
“Alhamdulillah berjalan sukses, ditonton oleh 1300 penonton yang sebagian besar adalah anak-anak difabel dan anak panti asuhan di Balai Sarbini. Setiap anak memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Alangkah indahnya kalau kita dapat melihat sisi kelebihan dan kekuatan seseorang dibandingkan kekurangan dan kelemahannya,” lanjut Meiline, lagi.
Acara aksi sosial sendiri sudah diselenggarakan sebanyak dua kali pada tahun ini, yakni jelang Ramadhan dan Natal tahun 2023.
“Pada kesempatan yang sama, KPPB juga memberikan donasi sebanyak masing-masing 100 juta kepada 5 panti anak-anak penyandang disabilitas dan anak-anak penderita kanker. Kita berkomitmen untuk melakukan aksi sosial dalam bentuk donasi kepada yayasan atau masyarakat yang membutuhkan setidaknya dua kali setahun,” papar pemilik bisnis PT Barindo Trimitra Mandiri dan Double G Resort Anyer, ini.
Kasih Menembus Batas disutradarai oleh Pendiri Yayasan Belantara Budaya Indonesia (BBI) Diah Kusuma Wijayanti yang bertindak sebagai sutradara mengatakan, drama musikal ini mengedepankan konsep kebersamaan dalam keberagaman dan perbedaan dengan menjunjung nilai-nilai saling menghargai dan saling menghormati
Meiline merasa bersyukur banyak pihak yang memeriahkan kegiatan drama musikal ini. Sejumlah public figure terlibat, diantaranya: Merry Riana, Gritte Agatha, grup acapella Jamaican Café, juara wushu dunia Edgar Xavier Marvelo, didukung MC terkenal Choky Sitohang.
Recharge fisik dan mental agar kembali fresh dan produktif
Ditanyakan bagaimana kiatnya mengatur waktu kerja dan aktivitas sosialnya, dikatakan Meiline di era teknologi yang semakin canggih, dia menjalankan pekerjaan kantor secara mobile. Artinya tidak harus hadir secara fisik ke kantor, Meiline tidak sulit untuk memantau pekerjaan para staff nya atau melakukan rapat melalui zoom.
“Semuanya sudah berjalan dengan baik, sehingga semuanya berjalan bersamaan. Tapi biasanya di pagi hari semua pekerjaan kantor sudah saya selesaikan terlebih dahulu, sebelum beraktivitas diluar,” tutur Meiline yang juga memiliki hobi di dunia seni, seperti melukis dan mendekorasi.
Menjalani hobi merupakan cara Meiline memberikan waktu baginya untuk menikmati hidup, memberi jeda waktu untuk diri sendiri.
“Setiap perempuan harus punya me time. Karena sebagai manusia kita juga butuh jeda waktu sebentar untuk diri sendiri dengan merecharge fisik dan mental supaya kembali fresh dan produktif. Ketika tubuh dan mental merasa lelah dan energi terkuras karena tumpukan pekerjaan dan sederetan aktivitas sosial, kegiatan ini sangat penting dilakukan,” imbuh ibu 2 anak ini.
Bicara tentang kiprah perempuan Indonesia , Meiline memiliki pandangan bahwa perempuan masa kini adalah perempuan yang tangguh dan hebat.
Perempuan masa kini tidak diragukan lagi kemandiriannya dan dapat berjuang di garda terdepan sebagai tiang penyanggah ekonomi keluarga.
“Mereka bisa menjadi partner baik untuk pasangannya dalam memberikan semangat dan dukungan ide untuk kesuksesan pasangannya. Sekaligus menjadi pendorong dan support system yang terbaik untuk kemajuan anak-anaknya,” ujar Meiline.
Meiline telah menyusun sejumlah target yang harus dicapainya sepanjang tahun 2024 ini , baik untuk target pribadi dan keluarga, sekaligus untuk kemajuan KPPB.
“Harapan utk pribadi dan keluarga, semoga tahun 2024 membawa banyak kebahagiaan, kesehatan yang baik secara fisik dan mental dan kebersamaan yang semakin erat dan harmonis. Untuk karir, saya berharap roda perekonomian semakin membaik sehingga berkesempatan untuk mengembangkan bisnis yang lain. Untuk KPPB, semoga semakin aktif dalam memberdayakan sesama perempuan demi menuju perubahan kualitas hidup yang lebih baik dan bermakna serta sekaligus memberikan dampak positif bagi lingkungan sekitar dan masyarakat luas,” pungkas Meiline.
