GoHappyLive.com, JAKARTA- Gelaran kontes kecantikan Miss Indonesia 2019 telah di depan mata. Untuk ke-15 kalinya RCTI dan Yayasan Miss Indonesia menyelenggarakan sebuah ajang pencarian wanita Indonesia yang senantiasa mengutamakan karakter beauty with a purpose, yaitu wanita yang tak sekedar cantik serta cerdas juga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kehidupan masyarakat sekitarnya.
Miss Indonesia 2019 telah melewati proses penyaringan ketat pada rangkaian audisi yang telah digelar di empat kota besar Indonesia, yaitu Jakarta ( 1-2 September 2018 dan 27-28 Oktober 2018), Surabaya ( 16 September 2018), Yogyakarta (30 September 2018), dan Bandung (13-14 Oktober 2018) serta Special City di 5 kota, yaitu Makassar (13 September 2018), Semarang (27 September 2018), Medan (4 Oktober 2018) dan Samarinda ( 14 Oktober 2018).
Saat ini para peserta yang terpilih dari berbagai provinsi telah menjalani rangkaian tahapan karantina sejak 1-15 Februari 2019. Pada masa karantina mereka diberikan sejumlah pembekalan, diasah kemampuan serta bakat agar tidak hanya memiliki paras cantik, namun juga memenuhi kriteria Miss, yaitu Manner, Impressive, Smart and Social.
Sesi pembekalan antara lain terdiri dari bicara di depan public (public speaking ), pembentukan karakter (character building), cara berperilaku (manner) , kelas kecantikan (beauty class) dan modeling. Para peserta juga akan diseleksi dan dinilai melalui Fast Track dalam kategori Beauty With A Purpose, Natural and Beauty Fashion, Sport Competition, Talent Show , Catwalk dan Social Media.
“Dalam pemilihan Miss Indonesia 2019 kita akan melihat wanita terbaik yang dinobatkan sebagai Miss Indonesia yang selanjutnya akan mengharumkan nama negeri tercinta ini dan mencatatkan prestasi setinggi-tingginya di kancah dunia. Miss Indonesia yang terpilih harus mempunyai rasa cinta yang tinggi kepada Indonesia dan dapat menerapkan setiap perilaku serta tutur katanya sebagai cerminan wanita Indonesia, “ ungkap Liliana Tanoesoedibjo, Chairwoman of Miss Indonesia Organization.
Pada malam puncak Miss Indonesia 2019 yang akan berlangsung pada tanggal 15 Februari pada pukul 21.00 WIB ,satu dari finalis terpilih akan menerima mahkota Miss Indonesia 2019. Nantinya Miss Indonesia 2019 akan mewakili Indonesia pada ajang Miss World 2019.
Menambah keistimewaan malam puncak, Miss World 2018, Vanessa Ponce turut serta dalam penobatan serta sesi pemindahan mahkota dari Miss Indonesia 2018 ke Miss Indonesia 2019 terpilih.
Pada kesempatan jumpa media, Miss Indonesia 2018, Alya Nur Sabrina turut menyemangati dan dukungan kepada para peserta kontes.
Pemenang Wajah Femina 2014 ini tak lupa berpesan siapapun nanti terpilih yang akan menggantikan posisinya mengenakan mahkota sebagai Miss, maka dia adalah sosok yang tidak sekedar cantik namun juga memiliki jiwa social tinggi.
“Pada saatnya nanti, tidak semua orang akan tahu bahwa kita adalah seorang Miss Indonesia. Tidak perlu berkecil hati. Tapi lakukan banyak saja hal yang mempunyai manfaat bagi orang banyak,” ucap Alya, mengingatkan.
Sedikit mengulas, sepanjang menjabat sebagai Miss Indonesia 2018, Alya memiliki sejumlah agenda social. Bahkan pada saat mempersiapkan diri maju ke ajang Miss World 2018, Alya menjalankan proyek Beauty With a Purpose.
Selain itu dia aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan social. Sebut saja kegiatan peduli autis yang digagas Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Bandung tahun 2017.
