WanitaIndonesianews.com, JAKARTA–Ikatan Apoteker Indonesia (IAI) dan Kimia Farma Apotek (KFA) menandatangani perjanjian Kerjasama penyediaan apoteker di apotek Kimia Farma di Indonesia.
Perjanjian Kerjasama tersebut ditandatangani oleh Ketua Umum PP IAI, apt Noffendri Roestam, SSi serta Direktur Utama KFA, Agus Chandra dan Direktur Operasional KFA, apt Muhardiman, S.Si.
Penandatanganan perjanjian kerjasama (MoU) dilaksanakan di sela pelaksanaan Pertemuan Ilmiah Tahunan (PIT) IAI yang diselenggarakan di hotel Grand Mercure Solo Baru, Jumat, 25 Agustus 2023.
Dalam sambutannya, Ketua Umum PP IAI, apt Noffendri Roestam menyampaikan, ada dua hal yang dikerjasamakan oleh IAI dan KFA. Yang pertama adalah penyediaan apoteker untuk berpraktek di jam-jam puncak di apotek Kimia Farma.
‘’Di outlet-outlet tertentu, pada jam puncak layanan, dibutuhkan kecepatan dan optimalisasi pelayanan. Hal tersebut ternyata seringkali tidak bisa dipenuhi oleh apoteker internal,’’ terang Noffendri Roestam.
‘’Dalam pembicaraan saya dengan pak Agus dan pak Muhardiman, ditanyakan, apakah IAI bisa menyediakan apoteker yang bisa praktek selama 3 – 5 jam di jam-jam puncak setiap harinya,’’ tutur Noffendri.
‘’Kami sudah berkoordinasi dengan IYPG (Indonesian Young Pharmacist Group) untuk mengontak anggotanya yang bersedia berpraktek di apotek tertentu di jam-jam puncak,’’ tambah Noffendri.
IYPG adalah organ dibawah IAI yang beranggotakan apoteker muda berusia dibawah 35 tahun.
Para apoteker muda ini terlebih dulu akan mendapat pelatihan dari IAI, agar dapat melayani kebutuhan pasien saat berpraktek di KFA.
‘’Saya meminta IYPG, karena biasanya anak-anak muda ini lebih lincah ketika harus melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian di beberapa tempat berbeda,’’ lanjut Noffendri.
Yang kedua, lanjut Noffendri, berkaitan dengan jenjang karir apoteker atau apoteker advance practice yang diadopsi dan di adaptasi dari program FIP (The Internatinal Pharmaceutical Federation).
IAI tengah menyiapkan jenjang karir apoteker yakni dimulai dari apoteker pratama, madya dan utama.
‘’Tidak mudah menyiapkan jenjang karir ini, karena belum tentu dapat diterima oleh pihak swasta. Namun hari ini luar biasa, karena ada sebuah perusahaan besar yang bersedia melakukan uji coba dari keberadaan apoteker advance practice ini,’’ kata Noffendri.
Menurutnya ini adalah gagasan yang bagus dan bisa dijadikan contoh oleh apotek jaringan lain.
‘’Perjanjian Kerjasama dengan KFA kali ini sekaligus merupakan upaya IAI untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota,’’ tambah Noffendri.
Dalam kesempatan yang sama, Direktur Utama KFA, Agus Chandra mengatakan, IAI memberikan solusi bagi Kimia Farma Apotek yang membutuhkan bantuan tenaga apoteker di saat peack hours.
‘’Saat ini Kimia Farma Apotek memiliki 12.000 tenaga kerja, 9.000 diantaranya tenaga kerja kefarmasian yang terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Tapi jumlah itu ternyata masih kurang, sehingga kami membutuhkan bantuan IAI untuk menyediakan apoteker di jam-jam puncak,’’ tutur Agus Chandra.
Para apoteker ini akan membantu melayani masyarakat memberi informasi pemakaian obat yang baik dan benar.
‘’Kami sangat senang didukung dari sisi keilmuan, di sisi lain, kami juga senang bisa membantu IAI dalam leveling apoteker yang sedang dirintis IAI melalui Kolegium Ilmu Farmasi Indonesia (KIFI) yang diketuai Prof Dr apt Keri Lestari,’’ papar Agus Chandra.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Agus Chandra menantang apoteker yang bernaung dibawah IAI untuk menyiapkan dua hal.
‘’Yang pertama adalah apotek veteriner dan kedua apotek syariah. Saya menantang IAI untuk menyiapkan hal ini,’’ ungkap Agus Chandra.
‘’Dalam perjumpaan saya dengan Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan UGM, Prof Teguh Budipitojo, ternyata ada perbedaan dalam pemberian obat hewan dan untuk manusia,’’ tuturnya.
Perbedaan baik dosis maupun cara penerapan.
‘’Kita akan kembangkan apotek veteriner, karena itu kami butuh apoteker yang mumpuni di bidang tersebut,’’ papar Agus Chandra.
Yang kedua, Kimia Farma Apotek akan mengembangkan apotek syariah.
‘’Di Indonesia, keberadaan apotek syariah ini ternyata masih sangat dibutuhkan. Pelanggan syariah sangat banyak, sehingga perlu juga kita layani. IAI mestinya juga menyiapkan kompartemen syariah dalam organisasinya,’’ pungkas Agus Chandra.
