Sejatinya berbisnis di bidang property itu sangat menguntungkan. Itulah mengapa banyak orang memilih memutarkan uangnya di bisnis ini. Begitu pula yang dilakukan Alona yang juga seorang pebisnis.
Rupiah demi rupiah dikumpulkannya , kemudian dialokasikan untuk investasi 1-2 unit apartemen agar uang yang ada tidak mengendap diam.
“Aku suka investasi di property karena kan harganya naik terus tiap tahun. Makanya ketika ada penawaran dari pengembang , saya langsung tertarik. Mereka promosikan kalau mau dapat view bagus, di lantai 17. Langsung saya ambil 1 unit ,” ungkap Alona, begitu sapaan akrabnya, kepada awak media di Polda Metro Jaya, akhir pekan lalu.
Namun tak lama pengembang menyampaikan bahwa pembangunan di lantai 17 tidak bisa terealisasi lantaran ijin bangunan hanya sampai lantai 15.
Kecewa sudah pasti, tapi apadaya uang yang masuk tidak bisa ditarik lagi. Kala itu pengembang menawarkan untuk bantu jual jika Alona ingin uangnya kembali.
“Mereka bilang kalau mau dibantu jualin. Tapi paling cepat 7-8 bulan baru laku terjual. Dari situ saya kepikiran , kenapa nggak dibisnisin aja ya. Akhirnya saya beli 1 unit lagi di lantai 10. Kedua unit yang saya pesan langsung saya lunasin pembayarannya. Saya masih simpan bukti pelunasannya,” kisah Alona.
Tunggu punya tunggu tak ada kabar baik dari pihak pengembang. Pembangunan apartemen di lokasi yang ditentukan tak kunjung tuntas. Setiap kali Alona melintasi kawasan tersebut, pembangunan baru sebatas penancapan cakar ayam saja. Bahkan yang membuat miris, belakangan ini terdapat tulisan ‘disegel’ di pagar sengnya.
Alona sendiri mengaku sekitar 2 tahun lalu masih melakukan komunikasi dengan pihak pengembang.
“Tapi belakangan saya baru sadar kalau nomor telepon saya juga diblok sama dia,” ujar Alona.
Karena mencium adanya gelagat tidak baik, Alona nekad melaporkan pengembang dengan tuduhan penipuan dan penggelapan.
“Ya, kalau mereka nggak mau kembalikan , saya akan laporkan mereka. Terus terang saya cari uang susah. Saya nggak bersuami, nggak ada pacar. Jadi saya memang butuh banget uang ini,” lanjut Alona yang datang ke Polda Metro Jaya didampingi kuasa hukumnya Sunan Kalijaga.
“Ya memang ada penipuan dan penggelapan yang kami duga dilakukan pengembang properti. Klien kami membeli dua unit apartemen secara lunas dan ada kwitansinya. Namun sampai sekarang belum ada serah terima,” sambung Sunan.
Ayah dari blogger Salmafina itu merinci atas kasus ini kliennya menelan kerugian sebesar rp. 533 juta.
“Untuk 2 unit 533 juta, yang satu tipe studio yang satu tipe 2 kamar,” tambah Sunan, lagi.
Alona mengatakan tindakannya ini untuk memberi pelajaran . Karena dia menduga bukan dirinya sendiri yang menjadi korban dari pihak pengembang yang sebelumnya melakukan bujuk rayu pada calon pembeli.
“Bujuk rayunya selangit. Beli aja sekarang, karena 3 bulan lagi harga naik. Tapi salahnya saya nggak ngecek dulu kredibilitas pengembangnya,” sesalnya.
